Alcohol and pregnancy

While in North America the push to abstaining from alcohol during pregnancy continues, pregnant women in France continue to drink at a rate if 52.2% compared with 12% of pregnant women in the United States.
The difference is interesting – is it cultural or not understanding the risks?
