Alternative Energy For Michigan

It does look like alternative energy would be a big part of people who are in Michigan. In a report today, the state’s governor, Jennifer Granholm, has just signed a law which leans toward the use of alternative energy.
In that law, Centers of Energy Excellence would be created and included in these centers would be the government, industries and universities. Funds would be given to these institutions so as to help educational facilities and businesses start using alternative energy in their every day work.
Governor Granholm, in a statement, shared, “We don’t have a renewable portfolio standard yet — a commitment that we get a certain percentage of our energy from renewable sources. That’s a piece that the legislature is going to come back and deal with, and I know they feel strongly about using alternative energy to create jobs.”
This one should work pretty well especially if the government is going to get some help from the citizens.
