An Asian Solar City

Most countries in Asia may be far off from using the kind of technology enjoyed by those in the West but there soon is going to be a solar city in this continent. You read that right. India has already been already planning to build one. In fact, its government has already been putting in black and white their plans for such a project.

According to some reports, the country’s officials have mentioned that they are going to work on having their cities use solar power as the main source of energy. This may be so but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Once put into action, the country would then be extending the plans so as to have all other municipalities in the country follow suit. Now that would be a great help not only to the country but to the environment as well, don’t you think so?
