Just getting a little bit punchy today and thought I’d come up with shows that would be on The Ana Channel (if there were one, which there thankfully isn’t):
- “What Not to Eat”
- “America’s Next Top Anorexic”
- “Pimp My Bonez”
- “The Ana and Mia Show”
- “Look Ma, No Calories!”
- “I Dream of Skinny”
- “Love, Ana Style”
Okay, this is a sick exercise. But you have to laugh or you’ll cry, right? So feel free to join in.
(Remember — we’re just poking a little fun at ourselves. Anorexia and bulimia are terrible, debilitating diseases and aren’t humorous in and of themselves. There’s nothing lighthearted about someone committing slow suicide by starvation.)

Check out what others are saying about this post...[...] Everyone know the seriousness in eating disorders but every now and then you have to take something serious and throw a little humor in the mix just to take away a little focus from the severity of it all.
