Anti-Blister Socks?

Anti-Blister Socks

Has anyone ever tried anti-blister socks? Since I have been dealing with the worst blisters of my life, I’m going to try to be more proactive. I’ve really put a cramp in my personal workout schedule this time around, and I don’t want to have that happen again. I’m estimating about four more days of healing before I get back into any cardio, although the weights are fine right now.

How do these socks work? According to Amazon, they have double layers and an “anti-blister system” with a smooth inside. Is it hype? I’m desperate enough to go for it and see.

No, they aren;t hype, if you do a lot of hiking, running, skating, whatever, these things are great at keeping those pesky blisters away.
