Antique Pick of the Week: Planter Sink

I took this shot in front of my local antiques store. It qualifies as both reuse and an antique, except that they didn’t have any flowers in it.

Plus, dirt in a sink is just sort of funny, isn’t it?

Sure, this looks OK outside of an antiques store, especially if they add flowers, but I’m guessing not so much for your front porch.

Can you think of other places to use a sink planter?

This is just adorable! I’d put it in the back yard by a water fall. How ironic would that be.

I’d also go ahead and plant some blooming flowers in it with a cute little sign that says “Multi-purpose”

    Love it!

    Thanks for stopping by.

Another crazy off the wall humor but hey this is who I am, but believe it or not, I have actually seen an antique commode used as a bab b q grill.

lololololololo how funny would that be to have the sink planter in the vacinity of a commode grill!!!!!

Sorry, I am so warped! Jackie b

Jackie, that would be funny! Thanks for the laugh. I’m trying to picture it. I guess they closed off the hole in the bottom to collect ashes.
