If you’ve had a knee replacement, no-one can blame you for wanting to take good care of it. After all, getting the replacement and going through the recovery was a good bit of work. So, when your doctor tells you that you can resume your regular activities, what does he or she mean? Obviously, some activities are harder on your knees than others. For example, jumping on a trampoline may not be such a good idea, but golf is ok, right?
Actually, researchers found that a golf is puts a lot of force on the knees, and may not be such a good choice for some people.
