		<description>I usually jump in with both feet for the first week or so. But diets never work well for me, since I&#039;m an emotional eater. The Atkins diet just made me mean, and I completely snapped on day 6 of the South Beach Diet--too many foods that I really didn&#039;t like. Also, whenever I diet, my mind is on food constantly, defeating the purpose.
Now, I take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. If I eat something bad, I make an effort to eat better the rest of the day.</description>
