Good luck! I have been a religious water drinker for about 3 years now. It helped me a great deal in my past weight loss success. Now I must admit, it is not fun hitting the bathroom every hour but it’s gives you a reason to move from your desk at least:)

  2. Hi Annie! You’re right…it’s not fun having to make frequent trips to the potty. But drinking water has helped me tremendously in the past, too, when it comes to losing weight.

  3. Well, let’s see. Last week I wasn’t too successful, only drinking, um…the recommended 48-64 oz. of water over the course of the entire week.

  4. One more update: I managed to go a bit over 60 oz. today, so, yay!

  5. Way to go Alicia! :)
