(www.livelywomen.com) — Sexual activity can boost your immune system decrease the likelihood of certain cancers, and even strengthen your pelvic muscles and fight incontinence. If those aren’t good reasons to get it on, I don’t know what are!
But even so, some women just aren’t in the mood, and it’s not their fault — or their partner’s.
Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) is just one of myriad female sexual disorders, and if you suffer from HSDD, no amount of flowers or chocolates will just make the problem go away. Most women have been lead to think the problem is simply mind over matter and do not realize that this is a real health issue, a misperception that is not allowing them to reap the benefits of a healthy sex life.”
There could be any number of causes behind a lack of sexual desire, and only your doctor can get to the root of the problem. So what are you waiting for? If your libido is low, make an appointment with your gynecologist and start figuring out what needs to happen to get your groove back. And if you’re still not feeling convinced that you should look into lack of sexual desire, here are 34 reasons to have sex.
