The Health & Wellness channel has many blogs so sometimes it’s hard to choose who to include in these round ups. I encourage you to check out the other blogs, all listed along the right hand side and again down at the bottom of this blog.

This week, these are the ones I found particularly interesting and that can relate to Help My Hurt visitors.

If you’ve not yet checked out Grounded Fitness, here’s one of their posts: You Are Stronger Than You Think. Scott over at Health and Men offers a smile: Laugh It Up | Calling In Sick And Retiring. Over at Healthbolt, check out Would You Lay Down Your Hard-Earned Money for…A Nap?!?  Kids Health has a post on a regular childhood problem: First aid: Swimmer’s ear
