Artisan No Knead Bread~ Baking Day

I baked a couple loaves of the Artisan bread today to take to a backyard barbecue we went to earlier tonight. The bread was a hit, every one loved the flavor. The loaves did turn out very well! I can’t believe how easy this bread is to make.

It was wonderful still warm and crusty from the oven. I just took a grapefruit sized piece of the dough and let it rise about 40 minutes, then baked it on a cooking stone sprayed with cooking spray, and sprinkled with corn meal.
Tomorrow I’m using the rest of the dough to make pizza crust. I’ll let you know how that turns out.
