Artist date to Halibut Point

All the way at the end of Cape Ann Massachusetts is a lovely little state park called Halibut Point. I’m a big believer in refilling the well by means of artist dates, chocolate, or action/adventure movies, whichever seems best at the time.

So on Saturday, a day which promised to be one of the last few remaining GORGEOUS days here in New England, Mike and I headed off for the Point for a blissful hour. We didn’t have a lot of time, since later in the day we were due at Dani’s college for parents’ weekend. But here’s what we saw:
