Take-Out Antipasto

Last Friday, which is usually our take-out pizza day, the Husband came home with a box of pizza, wings, garlic bread and a plate of antipasto. That last one was a surprise. It has been a while since I’ve actually started a meal of pizza and wings with antipasto. Antipasto is a serving of different kinds of cured meats, olives, peppers, marinated vegetables, and cheeses. Corn & Potato Pancakes

When I think of potato pancakes I actually visualize shredded potatoes held together to form a flat round shape. Until I saw these Corn Potato Pancakes from Idaho potato. If you are an avid tea drinker then you will definitely appreciate this 25th anniversary edition teapot from Tassilo Von Grolman. This thing is called Filio Teapot and can be purchased at MoMa store. The teapot features a mesh strainer for the tea leaves to circulate to achieve the full aroma and flavor. It’s made of borosilicate glass and the strainer is stainless-steel. The tealight warmer keeps it temperature ready for drinking. It also comes with tealight. The size measures up to 5.5h x 6.5″diameter, and 20oz.. Doesn’t it look cool?
