Climate Quilt Campaign

The Climate Quilt Campaign is a terrific initiative created to encourage youth worldwide to make a difference in protecting the environment. By engaging schools around the world, the students then design “pledge patches” relating to climate change and made from recycled materials, to be included in the final historic quilt to be presented to President Barack Obama and leaders at the UN Climate Conference in Copenhagen. The conference takes place from December 6-18, 2009.
