These are the only Crocs I will ever wear, because they are comfy, soft, and actually recommended by people in the medical field. Not only are they far more attractive than your standard Croc, but you can find ones infused with silver particles that fights microbes and fungus. For all the sweaty foot athletes, this is a great choice, and a stylish one, too. Check them out!

Let’s get toned for spring! Lilyette offers some of my very favorite bras for those who need a little extra support for the bouncy cardio activities. My experience with these bras from last year was nothing but positive, but I do recommend that you find the highest level of support so that you can wear them anywhere!

I’m obsessed with these MSN Fitness Rules You Should Break. Finally some of my most frustrating questions have been solved, and that includes protein snacking, specific shoulder-width rules, and the mystery of squats.
My favorite one? The one about getting a flat belly! MSN pointed out that pilates moves will keep your body toned and tight, and are even 266 percent more effective on your external obliques (love handles).
The most obvious? Don’t weigh yourself every day. It’s a bad habit that you need to break, and it’s not half as motivating as you might imagine!

Climalite in Adidas style is so airy and fantastic that I just want to wear it all the time– isn’t that the beat way to get yourself to work out regularly? Not only does it wick away sweat, but it’s kind of impossible to make look old. While you are spending $40 on a pair of shorts or pants, two years of almost daily wear won’t even make a dent on their newness. I recommend buying them in dark colors to hide sweat marks, but besides that, anything works!

Do you have a favorite stretch? I’m looking for something great for beginners, and I’m seeking further inspiration. While I normally choose the basics, you know that at a certain point, you crave new exercises to keep you motivated.
My only caveat: I’m not particularly flexible (never have been!), which is why I’d love some beginner suggestions.

The 30 Day Shred really does work! I’ve been reading readers comments over at “30 Day Shred Challenge,” and Tracey has lost 16 pounds with just a few changes, others are amping up their workouts with alternating DVD workouts (LOVE this idea!), and more or less all of us are battling the pain monster that really sneaks up on you during the workout.
The hardest part for me has been the push-ups, and the soreness in general. But having a community really does help. I think I’m going to head on over there and add my update as well!
