With the economy the way it is, maybe we should start thinking about what they did in the depression period. Times were tough and the having a vegetable garden in our backyard was just one of the things they did to survive the bad times. This is a way of keeping our cost down and having fresh vegetables for your family table. I saw and interview on TV where an older women had to walk twenty blocks just to get her vegetables. My son-in-law would take a small balcony he had and could grow an unbelievable amount of vegetables in containers in a small area. Ladies Do It Yourself Workshops

Those do it yourself projects around the house can be done by either sex; it is just a matter of giving it a try. Most of the project can be done with either some instruction or by being self taught. Ladies, Home Depot has weekly instructions on how to do the various projects at home. With professional instructions I am sure you will do as well if not better job than a lot of men.
