You Pay For What You Get

Families everywhere are in search of the best education for their autistic children—and it’s a struggle everywhere to get it.
Ask Kathleen Cahill and her husband Tony Macris of New South Wales in Australia. Their four-year-old son, Alex, attends a private autism school, Woodbury, that uses ABA (applied behavior analysis), which is also the teaching method at the core of Charlie’s education. Woodbury
already has 21 students aged from 4 to 13 – all the more amazing because it costs parents $37,000 per student a year. (The Daily Telegraph)
Alex’s parents both work full-time (and his father works 80-hour weeks) to pay for the school.
For families in search of an education to help a child reach his or her full potential, the sky has to be the limit.
