Avian Flu Update

It’s been a while since I last posted on the avian flu. Last weekend while traveling I saw several articles in mags and newspapers forecasting that the Avian flu is just waiting to hit the US, and that it *is* going to happen, it’s only a matter of time. I have no intention of descending into hysterics, but we do continue to take precautions as suggested by the authorities. However, we have not stayed away from poultry. I guess I’m still waiting for a more definitive sign that we should! In the meantime, here’s the latest from Afghanistan.
