Awesome wall murals

Every so often I start daydreaming about all the really cool ways to decorate my kids’ room, most of them things I can’t really do since we’re in an apartment and are limited to how much we can modify stuff.
I love the idea of murals, but that too is something I wouldn’t do just because Murphy’s Law says we’d end up terminating our lease the following year and moving anyway.
Murals used to be kind of cheesy back in the 70s, but I found an awesome company that makes really nice ones. It’s Wall Decor Shops and they have some very bold and realistic murals. My favorite two are this underwater scene and the solar system:
I guess I’ll have to settle for just hanging up nifty prints on the wall for now!
Oh wow, I wouldn’t have believed that first one was a mural. I’d love something like this, my son recently told me he wants stars in his room.

We sometimes do murals or parts of murals on canvas. You prime the wall, and paste it on the wall with wallpaper paste. It comes right off and you can take it with you or save it for posterity if you live in an apartment or decide to paint later.
