Have you got a recipe that you can share? This week, b5media’s Lifestyles Channel bloggers are sharing our favourite recipes to all our readers.
Mine is a summer recipe (or winter!) I got from my Mum which I have just tried recently to the delight of my family!
You do know that you can also convert your recipes into creative works of arts via scrapbooking?
Sweet and Sour Fish
Ingredients:
Tarakihi or any fish fillet
2 cups of water
2 tablespoon lour
half cup sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoon lemon juice
sliced carrots (1 carrot sliced lengthwise or round, whatever you prefer)
sliced capsicum/bell pepper
Instructions:
1) Slice fish fillets into bite-sized chunks
2) Fry Fish. Set aside
3) On a saucepan, mix the water, flour, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice.
4) Let it boil. When the mixture thickens, add the carrots and capsicum/bell pepper.
5) Let it simmer for a few minutes till the veggies are cooked.
6) In a bowl, place the fish and pour the sauce.
You can eat the fish with rice or with a nice garden salad!
Dig in!
