Baby bread

My 3 year old daughter baked her first bread yesterday.  I am very proud of her and it looked great.  She baked it with her mum, so I can take no credit, and her little hand was gripping the roll so tightly that I didn’t stand a chance of trying it either.  She looked like she was enjoying it and so I guess it must have tasted good.  As for me, I can’t bake decent bread to save myself.  The last time I tried, it was too strong to chew.  So I am so glad that my wife and daughter have taken it up, that leaves me time for easier cooking.
