Apart from the fact that she is clearly one of the most responsible teens I know, she left the kitchen and living room cleaner than they were when we left. The kids all said she was the best babysitter we have ever had. To me that is worth top dollar. Also by paying her well, she is more likely to be available next time we need her. That was our babysitter and trust me, she was well worth the $10 per hour that we paid her.
