Whether you developed back pain because you were sitting too long at a chair not designed for that, you lifted something the wrong way, or you slipped on a slippery floor – the result is the same: it hurts.
Since lower back pain is exceedingly common in the Western world, there is a good chance that everyone will develop at least one flair up of pain. If they’re lucky, it will be that one time. If they’re not lucky, it can develop into chronic lower back pain. Lower back pain can affect your life in many ways, not only because it hurts, but it can prevent you from doing the things you have to do or the things you love to do.
Forbes has published this interesting article on back pain and things you can do to help prevent it: How To Prevent Back Pain At Work. It’s worth having a look.
