Hi,

We have had bacon cookies at the last 4 bacon days, and I think we have finally figured out the secret. Leave out all the salt (the bacon has more then enough at least most of the time) and make the bacon crispy. Otherwise, my favorite paring for cookies are chocolate chips and bacon. Peanut butter and bacon sandwiches are delicious. So I’d imagine these aren’t half bad. I would never have thought to put bacon in cookies myself.
