Baking Up Banana Cookies

Marye at Baking Delights has a link to a great recipe source and provided a delicious looking and sounding recipe for Banana Filled Peanut Butter Cookies (pictured above).
These look like a nice adult alternative to a basic peanut butter cookie. It is a peanut butter sandwich cookie with a banana, cream cheese, peanut butter and rum filling. That sounds great! The recipe was tweaked a little by Sarah at What Smells So Good. The original recipe can be found at Food TV Canada.
On the same sight I found a recipe for Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies. Another way of getting rid of your over-ripe bananas.
