There are days when my brain sort of stops functioning and couldn’t for the life of me get things together. It usually happens when I wake up really late that I am just barely getting through all the tasks at hand. That’s when it’s hard to think of what to make for dinner. I keep rushing to get things done that I forget to plan what to cook. Boneless chicken breasts and a well-stocked pantry usually come to the rescue.
I had to that the chicken in the microwave of course and just combining herbs and sauce together in a bowl to use as a 15-minute marinade. Hence, this balsamic vinegar and sesame oil grilled chicken.

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce
sprinkle of pepper
sprinkle of Italian Seasoning
sprinkle of dried basil
No need to pound the chicken breasts. Just slice each breasts in the middle, equally so you’ll get 2 thin slices of chicken.
In a container ombine balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning and dried basil. Don’t use too much sesame oil because the flavoring is really strong. So a little comes a long way.
Marinate the chicken with the marinade for 10-15 minutes. Grill each sides of chicken breast for 8-10 minutes.
This was a really fast dinner to make. You can make your sides while the chicken are marinating and grilling.
