		<description>Pamela~ It&#039;s all about the flavor. The only reason I put them on the grill is for the flavor. You could turn on the broiler to finish them, you just don&#039;t get as much flavor:-)</description>

		<description>If you&#039;re going to bake them in an oven anyway, why not finish them in there as well by using the broiler?  That way you don&#039;t have to fire up the grill at all, unless you&#039;d really like to.  Then again, there really is no substitute for a good char.</description>
