My husband loves sandwiches. Me?, not so much. But I try to indulge his love for sandwiches once in a while. One of the sandwiches I make is this Beef Avocado Cheese Sandwich that’s really easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
beef strips
half medium onions, chopped
juice of 1 lime
garlic powder
salt and pepper for seasoning
oil for sautéing
buns
avocado slices
slices of cheese

Heat up oil. Sauté the onions until transparent. Add the beef strips and let them cook. Add the lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir everything together.

Scoop some of the beef mixture on top of a bun. Layer the avocado slices on top, then the slice of cheese. Lastly, the top bun.

TIP : Put the sandwich in the microwave for a few seconds to slightly melt the cheese.
