Beef Hamburger

I’m really scraping the bottom of the barrel now.  On top of that otherwise respectable rice is a thing that Japanese people call  a hamburger.  Barely recognisable, oval shaped and covered in what they call a demiglase sauce.  Some are quite nice, others (this one included) are just an easy way to eat.  I was disappointed but I should have known what to expect.  It came frozen and sort of just ready to defrost and heat.  Maybe I should have aimed higher.
