Best and Worst of Christmas!

There seems to be a trend out there of people posting what they love and hate about Christmas and the Holiday Season.

L.A. Daddy tells us what he loves about Christmas, what he misses about Christmas, and what he hates about Christmas.

Family Phil follows his lead and writes a list of his own.

So here I go. I am going to make a list and follow their lead. If you have a list of things you like and hate about Christmas let me know and I will link to your post.

Things I hate about Christmas:
1) Shopping. Too many people around and the smell of old women’s perfume.
2) Traffic is terrible.
3) It is supposed to be the time of giving and caring for others yet I see a lot of hatred and pushing in those lines at the store.
4) All people care about are presents.
5) People feel they have to spend a certain amount of money on each other. The giving isn’t natural and is basically forced.

Things I like about Christmas:
1) I think the lights are pretty.
2) People feel forced to give but at least some do give and actually enjoy it.
3) This was already said but Eggnog is back at the store.
4) I like some of those Christmas songs.
5) It is my daughter’s birthday on Christmas so we have a birthday party instead!
