Did you ever enter a store or someone’s house and just start sneezing? Or perhaps your eyes filled with water and you started to feel your throat closing up a bit? These are typical reactions to allergies. But you’d be surprised to see exactly what the culprit is in bothering your allergies.

For example, CNN has a great article about possible allergy triggers. Did you know lemons and limes contain limonene, with can irritate your eyes and nose. Or that basically anything stuffed (animals, etc.) contains dust mites which can kick up your allergies.

If you thought you were allergic to candles, it’s probably the scent they give off which inflames your nose. Same with perfume. Perfumes are also the culprit when detergents irritate your skin. Check out the complete list (including remedies) over at CNN.
