		<description>Great post about the 7 for 2007.  I totally agree with the calcium issue.  I&#039;ve heard it so many times from my own Oncologist about how calcium can help to prevent breast cancer and many breast cancer survivors I&#039;ve spoken to believe calcium with Vit. D helps to keep bone mets stable.  
I&#039;m 100% with you on HRT &amp; the pill.. say no and run away!!!!  They&#039;re evil.  I&#039;ve met too many women that believe that was the cause of their breast cancer.</description>
