I grew up on a farm and we used a number of different pressure cookers for just about anything from cooking to canning. They all disappeared years ago, but I’d love to use this to relearn some of those oh, so rusty skills.
Several ofd my friends use pressure cookers with great success. I have always wanted to cook with one and this would be a wonderful opportunity to broaden my cooking skills.
