Boiled Peanuts Contain the Most Antioxidants

How do you like your peanuts? Roasted? As peanut butter? A study comparing the different peanut preparations revealed that boiled peanuts makes them superior in terms of antioxidant power.

They found that boiled peanuts contained up to four times more isoflavones than raw peanuts or oil- and dry-roasted ones.
