I suffer with chronic migraines. I think our society has become trained to just pop pills as a solution to everything. The problem is that they often lead to more issues. I am always looking for alternatives. This book would be an asset. Thanks!

I would love to win a copy of the Chronic Pain Care Workbook. I have FMS-chronic fatigue syndrome-ostioporis-severe migraines-and low vision as well-i am disabled now but still try to do regular household things and i feel like maybe this book would give me the boost i need to stay on track AND dealing with all my aliments and still feel human to some degree and enjoy life and overcome these problems somewhat. thanks so much-GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND MAY YOU FIND COMFORT AND PEACE .-CHRISTINE IN KY.

I work with a number of clients who suffer from chronic pain. In my work, I have found that there is no magic solution to relieve pain – every body is different and we often need to explore until we find the appropriate tool or technique to help relieve pain. As a result, I am always looking, learning and searching for better tools to help my clients, and I would love to learn more from Dr. Lewandowski in this book so I can help more clients find relief.

This book would be a nice tool to help me. I suffer from constant pain from a hernia in my back from a kidney removal surgery,arthritis and an only kidney that is full of cystine stones.so good luck all and ty 4 the great reveiw.:)
