I would love to donate this book to a secondhand clothing store which raises money for our school for the deaf.

What a win-win that would be. The poor people who buy clothes there could get ideas for updating (the sometimes) out-of-style clothing.

I am always altering things that have become boring or may have a stain or a tear that can’t be repaired. It always is a pick-me-up for the item, and I feel like I have new clothes to wear! And kids today take brand new clothes and alter them right from the start, so they are way ahead of us to begin with.

I keep losing my comments. Anyway, who *wouldn’t* want a copy of this book?! I have an artistic preteen who is dying to get creative with her clothes – but I keep putting her off since I’m not real sure what she’s old enough to handle. (I don’t want to finish the project(s) on my own. lol) What a cute book – thanks for sharing it! I hope you had a great vacation!
