For the most part my kids are good eaters, but when they start wanting junk food instead of healthy stuff I can usually lure them w/ “something new” they love trying “new” foods.

My children like almost any veggie, except peas. We always have a veggie garden and each child has a row, of their own, to plant their favorite veggies in and take care of and eat, when the veggies are ready.

Honestly, I don’t have a good tip. I am looking for a good tip myself. Thay will eat green beans and rarely they will eat corn.

I either put cheese on it or tell him it has chocolate in it and he’ll usually try it then.

I puree veggies and mix them in with pasta sauces, add them to meatloaves, and homemade soups.
Zucchini bread and carrot cakes are always a nice treat!
