Brain Break: Accio Half-Blood Prince Trailer!

EDIT: Wendy has updated with the first, long(er) version of the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie trailer.
Anyone who’s read Mental Health Notes for any respectable amount of time knows I have a serious obsession with Harry Potter. Like, serious.
Even more serious than my obsession with Wentworth Miller Prison Break.
And that’s pretty serious.
So, like every other mud red-blooded Harry Potter fan, I’ve been on the edge of my seat waiting for the official Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer to hit theaters and, consequently, YouTube.
Finally, it has.
I know, I know, it’s really short and we don’t get to see any of the characters and blah, blah, blah. Despite some folks’ disappointment, I am absolutely thrilled. I’ve gotten chills each of the 4,583,297 times I’ve watched it.
And, according to fellow b5media blogger Wendy Boswell over at Gryffindor Gazette, the official trailer (I’m guessing “official” means “longer”?) will be available this Tuesday (July 29, 2008). Wendy also notes that she’s hoping her connection at Warner Brothers will get her a copy soon, so be sure to check back at Gryffindor Gazette for updates.
Don’t get me wrong – I love the summer. However, I absolutely cannot wait until November.
Hmm…maybe going on and on about my obsessions isn’t the best way to give my brain a break?
