  1. That’s a great list – particularly because it doesn’t have any fish oil on it. A major nutritional discovery! I actually enjoy oily fish, but for many people, if they can avoid Alzheimer’s without having to take fish oil, they’ll be happier.

    Hi Michael, I agree…fish oil is a great nutritional discovery but there are also so many other nutritional foods that are just as important.
