		<description>That&#039;s a great list - particularly because it doesn&#039;t have any fish oil on it. A major nutritional discovery! I actually enjoy oily fish, but for many people, if they can avoid Alzheimer&#039;s without having to take fish oil, they&#039;ll be happier.</description>
