Brain tumors

Brain tumors can be either malignant (cancerous) or benign (non-cancerous). Unfortunately, even the benign tumors can cause severe problems, even death, as they grow and put pressure on various parts of the brain.
The signs and symptoms of brain tumors depend entirely on where the cancer is. For example, if the tumor is on the part of the brain that affects vision, your sight would be affected. If it’s on the part of your brain that affects who you speak, your speech will be affected – and so on.
