Britney’s Body Rehab
I know how it feels to want your pre baby body back, but it seems to me that Britney Spears’s time would be better spent in a parenting class. Britney has been spotted working her rear off at Bally’s Fitness and there is even talk of her striking an endorsement deal with them. While I agree that her physique has vastly improved, I have to wonder how her mental wellness is shaping up? Having a nice body is just about the least of her worries, yet she finds time to spend hours at the gym, in an attempt to regain her six pack. Is this just a way for her to blow off steam and relieve stress, or an immature attempt to reinvent herself? Sound off in the comments section.















They say excercising really improves your mental health and can be very benefitial to recovering addicts. It increases the flow of endorphins which brings balance back to the brain. Most recovering addicts have very low levels of ‘happy’ being produced in their brain at first and they say excercise really helps with that.
Working towards personal goals and excersising self-discipline both sound like really healthy things for a recovering addict. I understand where you’re coming from Kadi – I think we’re all about Britney’d out.. but maybe this is a positive step for her? Maybe her brain and her body need a good healthy boost..
I say anything Britney does that doesn’t involve drugs, alcohol, bars, or Paris Hilton is a good thing. Not to mention, isn’t it time we lay off poor Britney….
