If songs can have missions, then All About Soul has a big mission this month.
Throughout March, Anders Holst, contemporary jazz musician, is donating all proceeds from the iTunes sales of his single All About Soul to the Greater New York City Affiliate of Susan G. Komen For The Cure.
Holst decided to take action after seeing two lifelong friends fight against breast cancer. He’s hoping the donations through his music will help with the advancement of breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment.
If you’re curious about Holst’s music, just visit andersholst.com to hear the single instantly. To purchase the single for .99 cents and support breast cancer research, visit your iTunes store and search “All About Soul.” The single is from Holst’s latest album, Romantika.
I wouldn’t write about this if I didn’t think Holst has a good sound. See for yourself, then leave me a semi-mean comment if you disagree!
