Car Makers And Solar Power

We all do know that vehicles have been one of the main contributors to pollution. Car makers have been trying their best to create vehicles that do not have harmful emissions. Some have create vehicles that make use of solar power.

But that is not where the fun ends. Now, these auto creators are looking at solar power as a good source of energy and also as a really good way to help the environment be rid of the harmful emissions that they create when in the process of manufacturing vehicles. Aside from that, solar power has also been made available in vehicles.

One of the car makers who have already joined the solar power campaign is Audi. This car maker’s spokesperson, Udo Ruegheimer, has mentioned that two of their vehicles, the Audi A8 and the A6, has been made available bearing a sunroof that has solar cells in it. Those cells can help power some of the vehicle’s electronic features.

I think this is great news.
