If there is one person I can relate to in this world, it is Carnie Wilson. Her struggles with her weight have been so very public over the last quite a few years. She is the daughter of Beach Boy Brian Williams, who himself had a fairly public struggle with his weight and other issues. Carnie had gastric bypass surgery in 1999, losing half of her body weight, and since has slowly been gaining her weight back. She has tried everything known to man, including losing 22 pounds on Celebrity Fit Club a couple of years ago. Now, why do I sympathize with her so much? She is turning 40 this year, and she wants this weight GONE by then. Me too. Ugh. For Pete’s sake, if you can’t lose weight in front of the whole blasted world, what can you do to motivate yourself?? She is featured in this week’s OK! magazine, and her story is pretty darned inspirational – I hope you will read it.

i wish carnie wilson would be my diet buddy!
I hope she can do it!
Regaining lost weight can be agonizing, especially if you are doing it in front of the whole world! I’ve been there, and finally figured how to get it off and KEEP it off (after losing and regaining over 300 lbs!)….all without dieting or deprivation. It’s not the food that’s making you fat! Diets only treat the symptoms of excess weight, not the cause. Check out http://www.WhyAreYouWeighting.com and join our email newsletter list, you won’t be sorry!
I heard on TMZ that she lost all the weight doing the YRG Workout with Diamond Dallas Page. She looks Great!
