Ug, are you trying to get rid of cellulite? Even as we get fitter and start to tone up, one of the most annoying things that can happen is that your legs look skinny and you still have those lumps and bumps everywhere! It’s horrible. I’m currently searching out ways to calm down the puckering so that I can feel 100% confident.

Here are some tips that actually look like they might work:

1. Creams with a high potency of methylxanthine, such as Avon’s CelluSculpt Anti-Cellulite Slimming Treatment. According to what I’ve read, it looks like you need a good way to deliver the cream into the skin. Perhaps a cellulite rollers could be a good solution after all!

2. Supplements. It’s been suggested that diet can really improve your cellulite. Munch on goji berries, eat eggs, nosh on citrus fruits, and slug down pomegranate juice to help your skin.

3. Consider spa-slash medical treatments. Endermologie is a mechanical massage technique that can temporarily improve the appearance of your skin. It might be costly, starting at $150, but it seems like it really works!

Do you have an anti-cellulite routine? Do tell.
