The end of the year is nearing, and its time for me to summarize the year 2007 with my favorite posts of each month. I hope you enjoy them, as much as I loved writing them (or in some cases, sourcing the videos).
January
Acupuncture Treatments – This is a commercial for insurance, and was one of my most favorite finds of 2007. Trust me, this scenario never happens. I have been seeing an acupuncturist for over 3 years, and not once has his office caught on fire, and forced me to jump out the window.
February
Are You Getting Enough Magnesium - A post about how to increase Magnesium in your diet. Magnesium has wonderful benefits, one of them being increased energy.
March
It’s Not Easy Having Chronic Fatigue – this is a video I found of Kermit the Frog, singing It’s Not Easy Being Green. I believe this is the original version of this song, from 1969. It’s a perfect example of what its like having CFS.
April
Getting Your Doctor to Listen to You – A short list of tips, on how to get the most out of your visit to the doctor.
May
Could You be Allergic to your Laundry – Earlier this year, I realized that unless you wash your clothes in the highest temperature of water possible, your clothes don’t get really clean. Even after washing your clothes they will still be covered in things like dog dander, pollen residue, and dust mites. This post will give you some suggestions on how to deal with your laundry allergies.
June
Tribes That Turn on a Dime – Support Groups are not necessarily all the could or should be. Here is how to evaluate yours.
July
Bow Down to the Banana – the quick and dirty guide to the banana.
August
Keeping the Energy Vampires at Bay - How to identify people who steal your energy, and how to deal with them.
September
The Effects of Green Tea – We all know the benefits of drinking tea, but did you know that not only will green tea keep mice alive once they have gotten into the exterminator’s poison, but it helps them procreate. I am sure you are interested in learning more about this.
October
The Chronic Fatigue Crutch - Who are you? You are not your illness…tell me who you are.
November
CFS Patients AKA Veal - A controversial post. One written out of a tremendous amount of frustration. Overall, I still stand by what I said. In order to get better, one needs to examine all routes, and find out the best course of action to take.
December
A CFS2 Assignment – A great video of Tammy Wynette and Tom T Hall singing “I Love”. Visit the post, and tell me the kinds of things that you love.
