Cheesy Cracker Melts

This recipe makes for  a great snack.  It is simple and something that your kids will enjoy as well.  The only danger is watch-out how many you eat.  This would be an easy snack to go overboard.

Cheesy Cracker Melts

1 serving = 2 crackers

Total Time = 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 Triscuit Crackers

2 Kraft Cracker Cuts Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 tsp. Pecan pieces

Preparation:

Top crackers with cheese and pecans.  Place on microwavable plate.  Microwave on high to 10 seconds.

Variations:

Mozzarella Cracker Melts

Prepare as directed, using 2 tsp. KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and substituting pesto for the pecans.

Colby Jack Cracker Melts

Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, and substituting 2 tsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the pecans.
