Cherries to Prevent Diabetes?

Cherries

Every once in a while I hear of a single food item that is supposed to “help prevent” diabetes. This time, the news centers on cherries.

A new study says cherries are a “super fruit” and “may reduce factors associated with heart disease and diabetes.”

I think news like this is helpful if you take it with a grain of salt. For example, incorporating cherries can probably be helpful if you also eat a healthy diet and exercise.
